36 × 48 is the largest size I price online. A painting this size is usually the center of the room, and it deserves a frame built just as seriously.
You'll notice the price jumps here. Most of that isn't wood. A frame this size ships in an oversize box, and UPS charges a lot more for it. Shipping is still free, so that cost is built into the price.

Price is for a 36 × 48 canvas at any depth, in either orientation. Shipping included. Maple and cherry are always the same price, and so are walnut and white oak.
Before you order
Measure the canvas itself. A canvas sold as 36 × 48 is often off by an eighth or more. If yours isn't exactly 36 × 48, choose custom size in the builder and enter your real numbers. Same build, priced on the spot. How to measure.
Match the depth. Most canvases are about ¾″ deep. Gallery-wrapped canvases are about 1½″. Depth never changes the price. Which depth do I need?

Lighting a 36 × 48

Both are cordless and rechargeable. The frame light rests on the top edge of the frame, with a remote on the PRO model. The bar light mounts on a small cleat behind the frame, and its remote changes both brightness and color, from warm to neutral.
