Vinyl album frames
Some covers were never meant for a shelf.
The cover is half the reason you bought the record. Someone designed that square to be looked at, and it's been sitting in a crate. I build a solid hardwood frame to your cover, to the sixteenth of an inch, so it can hang where you'll see it every day.
Pull it out.
Drop the needle.
Play it front to back.
Then put the cover where you can see it.

Questions people ask.
Don't see yours? Every email comes straight to me, and I usually answer within a business day.
andrew@atlaswoodcompany.com01What size cover does it fit?
One standard 12-inch LP cover. Most are right around 12⅜″ square, but they vary a little by label, pressing and age. On the product page you give me the width and height to the nearest 1/16 inch, from 12″ to 12¾″, and I build the frame to that.
02How do I measure my cover?
Lay it flat and measure across the front, edge to edge, once for width and once for height. If you're between two sixteenths, pick the bigger one. If you don't have a ruler handy, 12⅜″ fits most covers.
03Can I swap albums?
Yes. Lay the frame face down, bend the points up, lift out the backer and set the next cover in. It takes about a minute, so you can change the wall with what's on the turntable.
04Which profile should I pick?
Gallery (½″ face, 1½″ deep) is slim from the front and deep enough to stand on a shelf. Minimal (¾″ face, 1″ deep) is the quiet middle. Modern (1½″ face, ¾″ deep) gives the cover the most weight on the wall. All three are the same price.
05Which acrylic should I choose?
Standard is clear and shatter resistant. UV protection filters UV to slow fading, which matters for a cover you care about on a sunny wall. Frame only is for people who already have their own acrylic and backing.
06What about 7-inch singles, 10-inch records or gatefolds?
I can build those too. Send me the size and I'll quote it personally.
07How long does it take?
Every frame is built to order, and most ship in about two weeks. Shipping is free in the US, with tracking. Need it by a date, like a birthday? Email me before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it.
