Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on everything, anywhere in the United States. No minimum and no surcharge for large frames. The one exception is the picture lights, see below.

When your order ships

Nothing here is pulled off a shelf. Every frame is built from rough lumber after you order it, so most orders ship in about two weeks.

Need it by a certain date? Email me before you order and I'll tell you honestly whether I can make it.

Picture lights: The frame light and bar light are made and shipped by Situ Lighting in Sarasota, Florida. They ship free to the contiguous United States (not Alaska or Hawaii), usually within 1 to 2 business days, separately from any frames in your order.

What you'll hear from me

• An order confirmation as soon as you check out.
• For custom sizes, I review your measurements before I cut a single board. If anything looks off, I'll email you first.
• A note when your frame is on the bench.
• Tracking as soon as it ships.

How it's packed

Every order is packed by hand, by the person who built it, to survive the trip.

If it arrives damaged

I'll replace it. Email me, with your order number if you have it handy. A photo helps but isn't required, and a new one goes on the bench.

Gift cards

Gift cards are delivered by email, instantly or on the date you choose. Nothing ships.
