Refund policy

Every frame I make is built to order for the piece it's meant to hold. There's no warehouse, no return bin, no shortcuts. So instead of a policy full of exceptions, here's the whole promise.

If it arrives damaged in shipping, I'll replace it. No hoops. Email me and a new one goes on the bench.

If it isn't what you expected, the wood, the finish, the fit, email me and we'll figure it out. Sometimes that's a refund, sometimes a replacement, sometimes a small adjustment I can walk you through.

If you change your mind for any reason, send it back and I'll refund it in full. Stock size or custom size, it doesn't matter, and there's no deadline.

How returns work

  1. Email me at andrew@atlaswoodcompany.com with a sentence about what happened. Your order number helps if you have it, but your name works too.
  2. I'll send you a prepaid shipping label the same day, usually within a few hours.
  3. Pack it up however you can. Original packaging is nice but not necessary; a padded box and some paper is plenty.
  4. Your refund goes to your original payment method as soon as the box shows movement in tracking. You don't have to wait for me to receive it.

Picture lights: The frame light and bar light are made and shipped by Situ Lighting, so they follow Situ’s 30-day return window instead of my open-ended promise. Within 30 days, returns are free and accepted for any reason. Email me and I’ll handle it with them.

Cancellations

Email me before your order ships and I'll cancel and refund it the same day. If it's already at the mill or on the bench, I'll tell you where it is in the build and we'll work out the right thing to do together.

Questions about any of this? Email me at andrew@atlaswoodcompany.com. I read every message.
